In an announcement that has shocked and stunned the showbiz world, Nicole Richie has spilled the beans on what we all knew already and confirmed she's pregnant. The daddy is Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden.
Nicole told ABC that she's four months up the duff (as they don't say in the US). Meanwhile, she's been sentenced to four days in prison after being found guilty of driving while intoxicated. She'll still have to serve her time in September, and after that will have to complete a drug and alcohol programme, but we're hoping she's staying off the stuff anyway for the sake of the tiny emo she's incubating.
Nicole joins Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan in the behind-wheel-bother set, but any guesses as to which of those two will get pregnant by a rock star next? We couldn’t possibly speculate…
