Only the other day Hilary Duff was blithely telling us all about how she accidentally knocked her car mirror off pulling out of her driveway – now it seems it might not have been such a good idea. Her business manager has put the brakes on her dream purchase of a car because she drives like an old lady with a tea cosy over her eyes.
The singer, actress and ex of Nicole Richie's current (Joel Madden of Good Charlotte) is hankering after a Porsche Cayenne Turbo but her business manager is frowning on the idea. We frown on it too, because we think SUVs are ridiculous and wrong on every level, and also because we don't want to be run over by a pop star. Although maybe we'd get some good compensation.
Hilary's been heard to giggle recently that "the other day I had a little accident because I was driving while I was on the phone." Will she be the next Lohan? We reckon she should get cabs to avoid such a fate.
