Remember about 9 months ago, Tom Cruise was bashing Brooke Shields saying Ritalin was a street drug and she shouldn’t be using it. Because remember kids, Tom Cruise is an actor which means he knows how to be a doctor too. Well oddly enough Brooke Shields also gave birth to a baby daughter today as well. Shields named her daughter Grier Hammond who weighed 7 pounds and was 20 inches tall. That’s very ironic for two people who got in a disagreement last year to have a baby on the same day.
This is Brooke Shields second child with her husband Chris Henchy. Shields other daughter, Rowan, is almost 3. Shields and Henchy are very happy to have another daughter despite the extreme difficulties she endured which could be read in her book Down Came the Rain.
