Rod's OK with Tommy

Rod Stewart's been a bit of a hellraiser in his time and has certainly dated his share of blondes, but he's got nothing on the mad crazy Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee. Tommy's been married to Heather Locklear and Pamela Anderson (although not at the same time, obviously – he's not that mad crazy) and has now set his sights on Rod's daughter Kimberly. Rod's OK with this but it took a bit of doing.
44-year-old Tommy went that extra mile by taking Kimberly for lunch in a helicopter – or at least, he tried to. He flew to pick her up, but couldn't get permission to land at Rod's pad in Los Angeles as the singer wasn't at home at the time. So he buzzed about a bit before flying off without his date – but it seems to have done the trick anyway with her dad.
The 62-year-old singer told the Mirror: "I've tried some manoeuvres in my time to pursue a woman, but I've got to admit this is a pretty strong move. Attempting to land a helicopter in my garden just to impress my daughter is quite something!"
