Amy Winehouse has been in the news for all the wrong reasons again – even escaping to St Lucia with husband Blake Fielder-Civil hasn’t got her out of trouble. Her hols clashed with an important appointment – filming a video with producer and DJ Mark Ronson – and he's saying he'll never work with her again.
Mark produced Amy's massive album Back to Black and she appeared on his album Version. Apparently they're great friends but when Amy failed to show up at the video shoot, being as she was rather a long way away, Mark's said he's out of there on a professional basis. Since they made such sweet music together, we're hoping he reconsiders.
Meanwhile, infamous rapper Snoop Dogg has come through as a bit of an unexpected ally – he's offered her crash space in his swanky US home if she wants it. He considers her an inspiration, and wants to return the favour, saying "I want her to know that if she needs a place to chill for a bit, my hood is her hood." Aw. What a nice chap. If a teeny weeny bit scary…
