Suggs’ Bestival madness

It’s been quite the year for stage invasions – first Lily Allen stormed on during a reggae star’s carnival set, and now national institution Suggs has followed suit, jumping onstage during Primal Scream’s set at Bestival in the Isle of Wight.
Apparently the Madness singer grabbed the microphone from straggle-haired Bobby Gillespie and shouted something rude about the Rolling Stones before insisting “This is the best rock’n’roll band in the world!”. It may have been a compliment, but security hauled him off nonetheless. Fortunately Suggs and his band had already played their guest set the night before, so er, he could relax.
