Just when you thought Tom Cruise was finally gone from the headlines he’s back and more pissed off than ever! Last week, Life and Style Magazine had a big front page report that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes relationship was officially over. Tom Cruise reportedly was very pissed off by hearing this false rumor and is now threatening to sue the magazine. The funny thing is that Life & Style magazine stand behind the story 100 percent. Cruise is going to meet with his lawyers this week and to see what he can do. Cruise’s lawyer Bert Fields states that the story is false and has already demanded a retraction. Tom Cruise is set to sit down with various lawyers over the next couple of days to discuss this matter.
